β β β β β Bad service. I ordered through phone call on 5.30pm and said i will pick up my orders on 6.15pm. I arrived at 6.20pm and they were busy chatting and my orders were yet to be seen. If I knew that i have to wait for another minutes, i wouldn't make a phone call. No apology from the staffs, no manner.

β β β β β Today I bought cake and fruit juice.The waitress very bad manners,put the things rudely,then the cake,threw on the table.The manager of this branch,please look into the matter seriously.Just before I type, I saw many bad comments already.This means that you never take action to the customersβ feedback.
I do hope the director of Secret Recipe look into this matter.Tq
