โ โ โ โ โ Stopped here to get a five piece box of spicy chicken after craving it for five years whilst living overseas and it did not disappoint! Service was quick and friendly as well.

โ โ โ โ โ We dropped by after a football match to get some ice cream, fries and chicken nuggets. The service was fast. The staff members were friendly and helpful.

โ โ โ โ โ Understaffed. During peak hours, the manager was seen playing phones at a dine in table while her staff were bickering behind the counter. 3 staffs at counter, sending food to tables, sorting orders from the takeout machines, handling pay at counter options, while preparing orders while the manager playing phones. No wonder we waited 30mins for the whole orders. We didnt even order ayam goreng.

โ โ โ โ โ We went for drive thru on Friday night. Queue was long, but surprisingly their service was quite fast. They have 2 lanes for drive thru. The only problem is the outlet is beside main road, so the space to queue was quite limited and take over the main road a bit.

โ โ โ โ โ This McD is normally busy and famous in Jln Genting Klang. Despite of some traffic jam hiccup, I like the staff here. For example, the milo were packed in a paper bag properly after realising a motorcycle rider ordered the food. Thanks.

โ โ โ โ โ I ordered double beef prosperity burger with no onions and received single patty with extra onions
And the patty was not covered with black pepper sauce. Called the mcdonalds and customer service 20 times but no response, poor in everything

Everytime go everytime cash only, drive thru order nasi lemak mcd sampai rumah buka dapat 2 ketul ayam je, Actually ok human make mistakes, i can forgive this. But the cashier told me that chili sauce no stock!!!! 30 years First time ever i listen mcd chili sauce tak da stock!!!! Hahaha this branch management memang tak boleh pakai
