★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive thru mcd waiting more than half hour. Staff said didn’t saw my car but my car just park at the waiting area. Until all car already take the food and drive thru was close down I still haven’t get my food. Staff said wrong do for my order need waiting redo. Total I waiting more 1 hour to get my order. AND ALL THE FOOD WAS WRONG. BUY FEW SET JUST GIVE 2 BURGERS AND DRINKS. WORST MCD. WON’T COME AGAIN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst McDonald's outlet I've been to! Come on McDonald's Malaysia! It's 7 am in the morning, I'm the only one in the Drive-Thru and I waited 30 minutes for my ORDER! Somemore missing out the drinks! My important meeting was late because of this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered drive-thru. The staff asked me wait at the waiting area for the Latte but waited for 15min just for 1 cup of Latte! I saw all the cars that before & after mine collected their food but my 1 cup of Latte didn't come to me. I walked in to collect my the 1 cup of Latte!
Please la... Only 1 set why need to wait that long???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service ?, ordered meals for dine in and waited for 25 mins for meal during Friday night (before fasting month.) Asked for a change of happy meal toy but the staff just walked away... restaurant was full of leftover meals at table and every staff seems to hv 5000 things on their head with longest queue of drive thru customers. McDonald's can't keep with demand and service&food quality is deteoriating. Support other fast food chains
