★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with the cashier who took order for us name Najwa (but the receipt name Puteri). She never looking at us when taking order, 1st question she asked "having here or take away?" We answer "having here" but she is dreaming and hiding behind the POS, when I looking at here from site, she is still no respond after 5 second, she repeated her question again "having here or take away?" From started until end she also never have eyes contact with us.. Well done A&W.
But i will give 5 stars to one of staff (name Brahim) who take care of outside delivery item. He is really think and care for customer and he deserve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6.15pm...They served me luke warm Coney Fries (so disappointing) and luke warm tough fries to go with my fried chicken. Only good thing was the root beer. When I complained, the staff couldn't seem to understand what I was saying. Premises could be cleaner. Being pretty closely located to KFC and McDonald's, one would think they'd try to keep up with the competition but this is not the case. What a shame as this branch is fairly new and alot of investment was made I'm sure. A&W!! this outlet will close shop soon if it continues operating like this!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a new store and competitor to the block. I love A&W, sure they don't have a lot of offerings, but what they offer sure it's good. Especially the root beer. The one in Desa Pandan is modern, clean. Let's just hope they last over here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff at the counter ignored me who stand in front of her for more than a minutes (doing nothing just look at the order machine). When taking my order, she also some her attitude towards me. Cleanliness here very low. Tables left rubbish and wasted foods while there were staffs doing nothing standing at the counter. What a unpleasant experience. So disappointed.
