★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad hotel ever,room cleanliness was bad,alot hair on table, no towel and toilet paper in toilet,toilet had the urin smell,bed got bed bug itch until hard to sleep,room door broken hard to open,location was lack of parking space, security of the hotel was no manners and call us to move our vehicle on midnight due to other guest came back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't be fooled by its external view. Rooms are cozy and service is good and swift. Few points to take into consideration. Parking is very limited . Only can park around 6 to 7 cars in front of the entrance. First come first serve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Full satisfaction with accommodation and staff. The room was great. Very nice place. Amazing KL northeast view with Kuala Lumpur Tower and Merdeka 118 the 2nd world's tallest building.
Free parking bay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this hotel thru Agoda,but when I go to check in on the date I booked the stupid reception told me that my booking is not send by Agoda???then what the hell ,the service is really poor the receptionist is very bad attitude.very poor service.agoda also doing not updated system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The check in process was smooth. The room is exactly like picture which was very nice. I got the room with good view. Cleanliness can be improved, there were a lot of hairs in the toilet. Location is in the middle of city so you can go to landmarks and malls by walking. Not recommend for anyone using car because parking is limited. They also have a free ride service where you can ask to be send anywhere in the city. But you can ask the driver first (black vellfire) if the place is free or need to pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was very good, first good thing about the hotel is it's location every major landmark/market/mall is at a walkable distance.
Second the staff is well supporting and welcoming.
It's location could be a concern for some but I liked that part the most.
People at the reception were very helpful.
It's a brand new hotel, definitely will come again for next trip to Kuala Lumpur. Definitely worth the money. As a whole we had quite enjoyable and comfortable stay at MPalace Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
