Especially when the menu has porky specials: moo ping (barbecued pork skewers), khao ka mo (braised pork leg with salted vegetables and hard boiled eggs), and grilled pork neck. Must try house specialities include cha om omelette, som tam, seafood tom yum, and steamed seabass with lime and chilli. The ambience is simple but welcoming, the service casual and cordial, and the prices affordable for the quality and taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rather new find in the Hartamas area . Lovely unpretentious Thai restaurant with great and gracious service . Ambience is rustic but charming.
It's the food that impressed. No fusion nonsense here ... Good basic Thai with more than a touch of Isan as the chef hails from that region.
The dishes were good with a few standouts :
Tom yum .... all the right blend of flavours savoury spicy sour and oh so creamy . Bowl licking good .
Moo ping .... each juicy porky morsel was devoured
Pork shoulder .... right touch of umami with a hint of smokiness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New restaurant located in Desa Hartamas. Although parking can be difficult in most parts of Desa Hartamas, this location is next to Galleria Glomac where there is ample parking. Wine service is excellent. Food is good as Chef is from the sister outlet Char Grille. The 4 cheese pizza is a must try, other than their steaks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious Thai food that is authentic and affordable yet reasonably priced.
The ob woon sen is worth ordering, even as much as the waitress recommended it. I believe that it really is recommended.
Tom Yum Talay is seafood and has a good amount of mushrooms, prawns, squid and mussels. Definitely lots of Thai herbs giving a very fragrant soup base.
Beef curry was too spicy but tasted nice. This is not the soupy curry but a thick concentrated chili sauce.
Kangkung aka morning glory was cooked in a Thai style stir fry.
The cockles are very big and fresh as they were still alive.
