★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After biopsy, asked my family to collect report on Monday. Monday morning 9am, went to the center, the nurses told us to come back at 2pm and called them before 2pm to confirm again. So at 1 plus we called, the nurse said got 10 more patients to go before our turn. She asked us to come back at 4pm. So yea we waited and went there at 4pm. The nurse told us still got 10 more patients to go. So I asked her, “why after 2 hours still got 10 more patients to go?! So in that 2 hours you all didn’t manage to clear any patients?!” Then the nurse was v rude and with a fake smile she replied, “doctor still got laparoscopy to do for 2 patients, you have to continue to wait”. I told her mine was only the report, at most 5 Mins only and she didn’t allow also. The reason why I was in a rush is because the report is not good and my family member got tumour inside stomach! And my family member waited there for so Long as a cancer patient!!!! How could they let a patient wait for so long?! 9am - 5:30 pm!! And we still need to wait somemore if i didn’t just knock on the door and went in without permission! I didn’t intend to be rude but that’s how poor the waiting system is! And I took one day off to accompany my family member to that centre to listen to the outcome and possible treatment options only!! One fortunate thing was that the doctor is polite enough after I went in without permission. But still. They could have just given an appointment time for us to wait and instead of endless waiting! And they should prioritise the patients also!
Last but not least, they should know that this world is not just about monetary return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to see the doctor better you arrive before 8am or 4.30pm. If you arrive 9am then you can only see the doctor at 6pm as too crowded. Recently have stomach ache for more than 6 months and did scope there. The doctor gave 3 type of medicines all for relaxing the mind and slepping pills and say have to take it for 1 year????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 70 year old mother went in for a check on her liver and cholesterol. Dr. Ng Khee Lim prescribed her Tenofir for her liver. This is fine. But in addition to this, the doctor prescribed 3 additional medications. Brintellix, Lexapro, and Risperdal. She took all 4 meds for more than a week. The result was her entire body swelled and her leg turned black. She feel down several times and felt extremely tired and cannot get out of bed. I did some research on the meds. Out of the 4 different medications, the only one that is related to her illness is Tenofir. The other 3, Brintellix, Lexapro and Risperdal are all psychotic drugs for people who have schizophrenia, depression and anxiety disorder.
My concern is, why did the doctor who is treating a patient prescribed 3 psychiatric drugs to a patient, with only one drug related to her illness? When asked, the doctor said that this is what he always prescribes his patients. I have concerns with his medical practice and believe something unethical is going on. There has been no clear explanation on the reason why psychotic drugs were prescribed and how this can help her liver or cholesterol illnesses.
I know that medical practice is very different in Malaysia compared to other nations but if this were to happen elsewhere, there would be investigations on medical malpractice. This is what separates Malaysia from other “civilized” nations. There should be checks and balances and accountability on medical malpractice. Dr. Ng Khee Lim should be investigated.
For those who are his patients, I’m suggestion is that you do your do diligence and understand what medications you are being prescribed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum visited due to gastric pain. Without any diagnose or checking, Dr Ng Khee Lim directly arranged my mum to do liver scan. Both of My mum and sister were surprised, wondering why so serious need to do medical scan. They asked for the pricing, Dr Ng answered around rm2xxx near rm3000 only. (Keep laughing and joking there and keep mentioned don't worry can claim insurance). End up the bill came up rm6000 plus. Days later, my mum came to collect medical report, they say missed up another bill haven't pay cost about rm2000 plus, in total is rm8000 plus. My mum checked the bill and argued it's already paid in the last bill, only they said " ohh.. other people didn't record" (Luckily my mum checked and argued it)
My mum were told report is good, she is very fine, just normal gastric due to gastric acid. rm6000 or rm8000 plus for normal gastric pain due to gastric acid? And the medication fees is rm996?
We had check the medicines that Dr Ng gave, He gave my mum psychotic drugs?? My mum is just normal gastric pain due to gastric acid, why do she need psychotic drugs (Yet it's heavy type psychotic drugs). Is it Legal for Liver & Gastro Specialist Doctor (Not Psychologist) to simply issues psychotic drugs to patient without mental issues?
He asked my mum to thrust him, follow up monthly. Normal gastric pain due to gastric acid need to follow up monthly? The worst things is Dr Ng ask to take the medicine he issued for 1 year?? And again said " don't worry can claim insurance, how many month medicine you need? I give you 6 month directly?
While waiting to settle the bill and goes off. We noticed that many patient there are waiting for liver scan too and look nervous.
It's a black shop with very very unethical doctor. Please be aware and don't get into the trap.
