★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place for breakfast. I like the kampung vibe there, sitting under the shade with chicken strolling around.
Wholemeal polo bun and roti bakar tops with half boiled eggs taste great! Staffs are friendly too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too slow. Waited 1 and half hour till we asked only make. Your order may missed. Item sell fast so left not much choice. It's a dissapointment outcome after waited for long hours and when we tell them teh c has no sweet taste, can help to add sugar? They answer us that traditional teh c has no sugar. End up they do help us add condense milk. Food is normal and egg still left eggshell for you as the savory. Kopi O with lots of sugarsss

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Limited menu items, and almost 50% of the items in menu is out of stock on 10:30am, service is very slow and inefficient despite there's a lot of people working. It's also pretty expensive.
Environment full of mosquito and parking might be a problem if there's a lot of people. Not recommended.

Staff are friendly and helpful.
beverages somehow sweet than normal
May need Q-up 15~30 min to be seated.
Waiting time around 10 min food to deliver.
Limited car park, more car park available near to bank and hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was bad. Most items from menu were sold out by 10am which was fine for me, but we waited for more than an hour for 3 sets of drinks, half boiled eggs and polo bun. Also quite ridiculous when workers dint even know their table numbers? They're like headless chicken looking and shouting for table numbers.
Food taste soso:
-soft boiled eggs come with shells
-white coffee taste normal like those 3in1
-kopi O has too much sugar, and comes not hot enough to melt them
-teh-C ice was said to be no sugar but is totally no sweet at all. Workers were rude when we questioned them, they said theirs were traditional teh-C and does not comes with sugar.
Other than the kampung ambience with chickens running around, is really nothing good. Not recommended.
