★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with tailor made baju kurung at mek kembang butik bandar baru bangi. Messy, not comfortable at all. The staff at butik also not friendly and disrespectful to customer. Not professional when handling issue with customer. Hope they will improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are by far have the best cotton quality, most designs are fantastic and deliveries are fast. Have been buying from them over the past 3 years and everything was great until recently, when i bought the latest Aidilfitri 2017 collection online for my wife, and when the item came, apparently the size was a little too big and i asked on the day i receive the item if if was possible to change to a smaller size?, and without any other options given, the answer was a straight NO, reason being the item "had left the boutique". like seriously? that's your answer?.This is utmost DISAPPOINTING with their customer service as i only asked for a change of size and not a refund. They really need to look into their after sales service or even put up a buying guide on the website. I could understand if i were to buy food items, but its merely a clothing. Even buying ZARA online (a well known worldwide brand) they do opt for an exchange and even a refund just so you know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So yesterday I flew in to KL to try this item. I know before hand that my size was out of stock but they did have an M size leave. So i thought to just give it a try. Service was terrible. The 2 ladies was not at all approachable, busy with their phones. Tried the M size and it was just a lil big on me. I wouldnt mind to alter it a lil smaller at my own cost cause i really really love this design.. I was ready to spend but i think its not worth it to spend RM300 thats a lil big WITH a bad service.. There are other boutiques with cheaper, nicer, flattering baju kurung with better services..
