★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to print a documents from emails, staff were helpful as they let me use a computer to print off what I required, FOC to use computer and printer, very straight forward to use, would go back with anything that I require printing... Excellent service. Thumbs up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dulu the service is superb. Now is really bad. My experience lately at Print Expert Bangi:
1) To print Business Card
I need to print urgent for a business card yesterday. I have sent an email for the business card design. They have my design sbb byk kali dah print kt situ. Called them via general line & hp no byk kali tapi x berjawab for the whole day. Yet they have not reply my email. Today I've called many times baru jawab.
2) Yesterday jugak, got to print urgent drawing. Email to them at 8.33am but they replied after 2 hours at 10.34. But I already sent for printing to other printing services.
Really frustrated!!! The QUALITY is GOOD but the service to attend to the customer is so BAD!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love printing services here since last year. But starting February 2022, their staff shortage caused customers to wait too long for only express printing & photocopy less than 10 pages. I have to wait at least 10 mins to be entertain by their efficient staff, my sister had to wait about an hour! Their staff rushingly entertain us & even say sorry many times for the long wait. Dear management, we would like to support you, but please add more staff or perhaps split 2 counters, 1 for express printing & 1 for bulk orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never a smooth experience coming here. ALWAYS have to wait eventho you just want to print a simple thing. No staff would come to you to ask you to wait, so you’re the one who has to attend them which is such a bad customer service. And when you ask, you have to wait more for other staff to come. Worst customer service for such a big company
