★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location near QB mall and FTZ area, 15mins from airport and 10mins to 1st and 2nd bridge. The apartment is quite spacious and comfortable. It also has a shared playground in the grounds. Quite and clean environment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4-storey apartments close to bayan lepas industrial zone. Apartment complex has about 10 buildings. Place is quiet and peaceful... until recently when construction started behind it. Drilling everywhere. Too noisy... cannot call into meetings from home.... :( All building are painted alike. Each unit have its own parking. Complex has its own mini park with swings abd slides. If you love jogging or walking, behind is a football field with some workout facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice 4-storey walk-up apartment complex located near playground n football field. Built-up of each unit is about 900 sf . Good location until the recent construction of another condo project just behind Melati. Too close for comfort, I say.
