I was there 1 weeks ago, the front desk are very helpful and friendly...just about the air condition , hv to complain bout that. Always hv to check it out. Th room is nice and cosy.Tq to Mrs Marsha from the front desk for ur hospitality.

The Hotel was ok. They say it's a serviced apartment but they provide only microwave. No stove. Also very less utensils to prepare any food. Also there is no complimentary buffet breakfast. The only good thing is there are many other restaurants nearby.

Had problems from booking checking in, and checking out. Various problems due to bad management. Not enough parking, problems with parking card, problems with check-out system. I booked one room which should come with 1 free parking but since they don't have enough parking card, i have to park outside. The next morning, i got a parking ticket.

terrible stay. not recommend this hotel. poor maintenance. air conditioner in the room was not functioning. room was too bright/there was no blackout curtain. keep on moved out and changed room but still faced the same problem. awake by their receptionist in the morning and asking for check out and claimed that im only check in for 2 hours?! yet im checked in for 2 nights. will not come back to this hotel
