★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hair stylist are not professional at all, she keeps accusing me of colouring my hair dark but i never ever colour my hair. It's an asian hair, it is supposed to be dark. It is the worst experience ever, would never come back ever again. Too expensive and the amount i paid with the service i get is definitely the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the indulgence spa package and the massage was just for 15 minutes…its too short for a spa package that cost rm288. Plus , the massage was so-so & just to make it worst, it made me uncomfortable ( massaged the upper part of my bottom in kinda weird way and last around 2 minutes, after that she massaged all over my back….its just so unnecessary and uncomfortable! ). They should improvise how they should massage clients.
According to what i got that day, if u choose the indulgence spa package, this is what u get :
1. 15 min body massage
2. 10 min body scrub and then they leave u dry for 15 min
3. 10 min body mask and then again leave u dry for 15 min
4. 2 min foothbath
5. 30 min milk bathtub
Experience was just ok. But definitely will not recommend it to other people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm the type that HATES getting massages eventhough I need to regularly, due to the nature of my work which causes a lot of back aches and stiff muscles. Most of the places I've been to makes me feel like I'm being tortured instead of pampered. I usually end up with even worse body aches than before I had the massages done.
But at Melissa Spa & Salon, I just love my sessions with Fira. She took one look at my body and straight away knew what I needed. I feel relaxed each time I go for a massage session with her. And I always, always come out feeling refreshed & energized. My tight muscles feel looser. The price is rather reasonable too.
Definitely won't go anywhere else for my massages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable price, every staff is lovely and informative here and the place is very chique. Did keratin lashes (forgot the name of the treatment) however it does not last long. Eventhough i did exactly what the staff said which is do not wash it for 8 hours and do not rub it. On the contrary, their body scrub is amazing.

Had hair and scalp treatment which made my hair super soft untangled and my scalp & head feel cool and lighter. Love the head & shoulder massage from Mira. She even curl my hair nicely at the end. Overall the best salon and spa I've ever experienced. Definitely will come again for the hair treatment and try the full body massage too.
Update:
Today I went again to get a haircut and both scalp + hair treatment. Had another great experience the 2nd time. The stylist Jacklin gave me a gorgeous haircut and all my friends and family like it after I show them. I especially love the head and shoulders massage she did, I swear this is the only salon that properly wash my hair with head massage that makes you feel like you are at a head spa. Love this place so much! Will come again next year.
