Service ??- Bad customer service. You will have to wait for a long time before they serve you. Especially this one lady, eventhough she is at the counter she will ignore the customer waiting in line completely without saying a word and only focus on her foodpanda orders. Basic etiquette, to say “tq for waiting” or at least “please waite a while” not just ignore. . And when your food is ready they just leave it at the counter without informing the customer, poor lady she just stand there n waited for her order for a long time, when she went to ask only they gave her order ?
Please improve your service skills.Been here a few times and its the same attitude everytime. Noticed a lot of customers just left without ordering. Eventhough your food is good but people will not come back due to the bad service/manners.
I will only make my order when there is no customer coz thats the only time they will entertain you ?
