★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have now lived in celadon city ho chi Minh city for over 2 years now and the management is just getting worse! They hardly ever clean and maintain the apartments and just keep changing the veteran security personnel for teenagers who have no experience! Have you just given up on this project?? Because all I see are people looking to make a free living that we're paying for! Also, why are they so less focused on maintaining things that need to be fixed and instead putting money into things like changing the card reader when nothing is wrong with it??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As for business trip, this place has a variety business, private and public government bodies.
A multiple floor parking to allow drivers, the ticket payment machine has been upgraded for easy and fast transaction. If this machine can accept multiple notes, this would further enhancement.
A few restaurants with reasonable cost and food court also provided. In house or outside the restaurant are provided, smoker or not can be fitted.
Haven't seen that type of building before.
During rain, as a lot of tree planted, sound like rain in the forest. Also it won't be too hot as shaded form sun heat.
Only that there is no train station close and rely on the taxi as the most convenient.
Business room are spacious and well managed with security. However, some facilities are not flexible or insufficient consideration. As planted many tree around, working there has a lot of green idea and mood.
Coffee shop is there to allow you for the refreshment at a quite place. Chit chat with friends or business partners is good facility.
Just need to be careful as ground floor is built discontinued with level, a bit inconvenience to people with reduced mobility.
A good and convenient place for relax or business to enjoy. Can allow single or a group of people to stay a while, chit chat, lunch meeting, etc. Not expensive and have surprise.

A few free parking spaces with maximum half an hour period.
