Usually every end of the month (pay day) and early of the month there will be some sort of 4 days bazaar a-week organized for vendor to join aiming to cater those whose work nearby. Thus, we decided to give a go, if you are selling dessert, snack or makanan berlauk this is the place for you HOWEVER, if you aim to sell cloth-wear, perfume, vitamins, slimming product etc this is NOT the space you are looking for. Some F&B vendor actually cook and fried their meals here so, imagine the grease and smells absorb to your items. Also, of all the places I have joined, the sale here is the LOWEST so far. Some of my neighboring vendor barely cover their rental space. Not forgotten, most of the booth open/close inconsistent and people ONLY come between 11-2pm. Bare in mind as it is lunch hour most of them only look for food.

But please fix your damn lift for vendor, it is like moving coffin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice office complex, with ample multistorey parking. Housing KPJ management offices and PDRM special division. Clean with many lift servicing different floors. Must know the entrance and exit for it is located at a busy junction of Jalan Tun Razak.
