★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The perfect building to park your car when you are visiting the US Embassy next door. RM3 first hour and RM1.50 subsequent hour. Compared to the outside open air parking at RM4 first hour and RM4 subsequent hour. Confusing turns in the parking area to reach B3. The signages could've been clearer and bigger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good looking building. Some good company office located here like Alps medical centre.But inside many floors are empty. Well managed clean washrooms and both ladies and gents prayer room got . security is not tight. Visitors can park there car free just few minutes. Got small food court not variety of different food there.

2 Alps Medical Centre, great place for hair transplant, reconstructive surgery, aesthetic procedure, DNA analysis and Covid Test
3. No cafe here.
