Mee Siam is good.
Hakka noodles is so so only... Didn't find it to be very special. The noodles still has strong 'yellow noodle' smell, which I had to cut one star from it.
I also had the 老鼠粉, except for the noodles, the ingredients are the same as Hakka noodles. Flavour is adequate, taste is okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a blessing to taste the traditional cold milk coffee a.k.a. kopi peng along with three types of toast bread - kaya butter toast bread, garlic butter toast baguette, garlic butter toast sesame pav bread.
The kopi peng damn thick (kaw), not too sweet and smooth. The garlic butter toast baguette is very close to what I had in Melbourne except here without the herbs.
Burp..satisfied coffee break! Toast bread must be eaten when it is hot because it gradually soften when expose to air too long.

Is a traditional nyonya Laksa..highly recommended for those who seeking original nyonya Laksa, this is definitely one of the best in town..as for the drinks, go for Cham Peng (coffee & tea mixture).. Toast bread is a little pricey at rm 1.70 for a set..

Food: not great, just average
Sitting inside: stuffy
Sitting outside: smoky (the law on "no smoking" outside is not enforced in Malacca.) ? As a KL person, I found this hard to accept since that law has been enforced for a few months already.
What stuyck me was the cleanliness level: impressive
Side note: if you speak to people in cantonese, they'll reply you in mandarin. So, you gotta know basic mandarin.
