โ โ โ โ โ The interior design is so outdated and materials used are inferior with such prices (especially the kitchen furnishing). We may get better offer in urban areas especially in Penang, KL and Johor. It's not residential title but commercial (service apartment) instead. Wonder the government in Melaka is ignorant to allow the irresponsible developers here to mislead the market by using the word "Residence". The only advantage is freehold and strategic location, what a waste! The construction here is operating 7 days a week and sometimes even till 11pm to create public nuisance. Look at the workers, no safety precautions at all. DOSH and DOE should do something.
