Pros - low density, quite place, good access, matured township
Cons - bad security management (unprofessional handle complaint from residence), lack
of gym equipment such as free weights and other gym equipment, lack of
visitors car park

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the building is designed in modern style, has very decent facilities and it's fairly well maintained by the management, it's not a recommended place to stay if you are a light sleeper. Menjalara 18 is located right on the side of a major and a very busy Kepong's junction, surrounded from every side by a very busy roads, which are noisy almost at all hours. The bikes are a real nuisance at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not a place for stay here forever, the management and security ppl they're don't know how to respect the ppl who's staying in this condominium
2) now almost the Another high condominium
They open the gym and swimming pool already because they're understand the person who's have covid-19 he will no go to gym and swimming because he is sick so no power to do it ... But the management here still no accept to open even all the ppl here complain and asking to open !!!!!
I don't know what I should to say , but I just want understand how to respect your resdince here because the not stay free!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here from 2009 to 2015. Over the years, our fondness grow. We like the fact that it's a low density condominium, with very responsible joint management trying to improve the living condition and well being. The facilities are not superb, but reasonably sized swimming pool (for kids to have fun and adults to train) and gym are good enough. A child care center right below the condo offers good childcare. Most importantly, tenants are generally great with high level of ownership to take good care of the property as a whole.
