Nice place to stay cosy and windy quiet &back to nature

Used to be quiet until the renovation works started. They were happening at almost every floor that it sounded like the whole building was still under construction when you walk around! In addition to the fact that the walls were thin that some of the renovations took a place 2 or even 3 floors away, you could still hear and feel the drilling and knocking as if they were happening inside of your place! As some have mentioned, the quality is bad; the drainage system stinks most of the time, the walls started to crack due to the heavy drilling and knocking. Not to mention the weird lifts system which has been highlighted several times and still not enhanced. The rain can accumulate in the corridors of the building. The bomba lift is quite small for movers, also, no clue why it had a strange smell and they had to add a protective layer on the walls which made it hideous. I’ve never seen a condo applying such a layer in their lifts. The lifts had a fingerprint system which was a bad idea during the pandemic. They had to switch it off which left the floors unsecured. There was a card system but they decided to shut it off due to copying the cards. The water heater brand was so cheap that if you turned the valve fully you would risk a pipe burst. The technician had to replace the valve and advised not to fully turn the valve! Also, in order to get hot water, you have to turn the tap to a low pressure to get the hot water. And believe me, it was not that hot. There are different types of people residing there; respectful which is the majority, the trashy type who throws garbage over their balconies, and the type that let their kids cry and scream their lungs out in the corridors of the building. Their WhatsApp group was helpful most of the time, but sometimes you get either ignored, get rude responses or even kicked out by certain arrogant and rude individuals if you had to voice out your frustration. They kicked out at least 4 due to some arguments. There’s a construction site nearby which is getting ready to construct something. Also, the site causes dust to accumulate over cars in the parking. Roosters and dogs noises come from that site as the workers there are breeding them. I guess you enjoyed the drive through the kampung. Both routes were literally awful with no improvements in sight. Besides the constructions on the way will take a few years to conclude. On the positive side, the security system was ok and strict. The rules that govern the contractors and other matters were kind of enforced. The location is relatively close to the center of the city and the drive is short if the traffic was smooth and schools were closed. I really hoped it was the right place to live at, but it became unlivable.

Overall a nice, peaceful and beautiful place to live. The location is good and have easy access to various areas in KL. BUT i cannot give good ratings because the management has not been helpful ever since my family moved in. After sending in complaints because of various problems in the unit that should be the management's responsibility, they did not fix it despite receiving the complaint, until a week later, after I personally went to the office myself. And even then, they did not fully fix the problem. They told me they would call me back but after over a week, they never did so I gave up contacting them. Hope the management can improve so the residents can live in ease.

Worst management to deal with. They are incredibly slow, unhelpful and unresponsive. Even if you go straight to the office to ask for help, they do not really do anything after you file a complaint. The defect team is the exact same and will take more than a few months to fix something basic such as the doorbell and water heater despite numerous complaints. A few residents have given suggestions about the public areas in the blocks yet they haven't done anything to improve themselves. Really do not recommend staying here unless you have high tolerance and patience for this kind of management.

Potential owner / buyer beware of defects, especially those units that come with pre installed aircons. As it may be faulty & no longer under warranty. Please inspect carefully before u sign the hand over form. I moved in end of May 2021, one of the room’s Aircon did not get cold after switched on for more than an hour, manage to get the contractor to come & service, & was told there’s no gas & they refilled it. It then work for about a week, then the same problem happened, but it was already MCO. So I waited until Aug when the condo management start allowing contractors to enter. This time they told me the compressor is leaking gas & need to change the whole thing & management inform me that my warranty is only valid till June 2021, which base on their CCC date of June 2019. Therefore, new buyers will not have a single day of warranty after you signed the hand over forms as the new agreement will state that you have inspected & accepted the condition of the unit, & shall not entitle any claims thereafter. The management & the condition of the building (crack walls, lift problems, etc) is another sad story. Other than these, the surroundings make it quite a nice place to stay.

You can live happily hear without nobody disturb unless you pay late for maintenance fee then management will disturb you. Quite pricey for me but good price and location for certain people. Lots of facilities. You can feel like stay in cameron when it comes to rainy days. Its quite hilly here, if you walk from harmoni 2, it feels like you did a marathon. Bit tired.

Pros: 1. Tip top facilities (gym and pool) 2. Amazing location, no highway/ roadside noise pollution 3. Nice view 4. Lots of privacy Cons: 1. Slight renovation noise during weekdays (due to low density, people moving in)
