★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Merchant Square is mainly made out of offices and hardly any supermarket in this place. It is used to have a 99 Speedmarts outlet but it had been closed many years ago due to a lack of people buying items from it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is confusing for the visitor to know which carpark to park. You can see carpark lot with visitor only signboard but the carpark lot have a reserve word on the carpark lot itself. Some carpark lot with reserve word without any signboard. Some carpark lot with owner signboard and the reserve word on the carpark lot. The management did not have clear instructions to guide visitor for visitor carpark and visitor may be fine with RM 100 if you park on the carpark without signboard. As explain by management, the visitor also cannot park at the carpark with visitor only signboard as it is belong to thr owner (you won't know belong to who). It is a trap for visitor to pay Rm 100 fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for business management solutions and services, this is the right place to be. lots of offices offers all kind of solutions to your business management catastrophe. however if you are going shopping for retails goods, you might be disappointed. This place is meant to cater for business to business dealings. No leisure or luxurious shopping spot. In the future LRT development will improve this area accessibility which further increase the market value. It is good to see business district such as this thrive in Malaysia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So-so.. Limited Paid Visitor's parking space. Quite hard to get food around this building in the evening. We have to go out from this compound to eat the restaurants near by. Don't park outside along the road, Nanti kena SAMAN!
