★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst real estate agent Thomas Ang to deal with. Everything must follow his timing and location. Keep demanding for payment from the start rather than answer customer queries. Now ask to returned stamped agreement, trying to make things difficult for customer. Refused to follow customer timing, demand to follow his schedule and location which is inconvenient.
