★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Developer not really care of the quality and focus on quantity....terrible workmanship produced for Maxim Cheras.. unit handed over without proper cleaning / touchup/..during VP i received the unit in messy condition such as
1. Toilet bowl not cleaned...stained with faeces
2. Door frame not properly finished with paint...Door knob loosen
3. Whole living room ...was stained and dusty...skimcoated wall totally unacceptable as it was way too wavy with bare-eyes
4. Same apply for soffit of slab....can observe complete wavy with bare-eyes.
And theres more which need not to elaborate further....do think twice before considering buying the product produced by Meridian Maxim...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This developer, will deliver ONLY one thing to you all property buyer: NIGHTMARE. Just because they want their piping done to their new condo, they will ask the construction worker to korek the road throughout the whole night, 1am to 5am, every hour I will wake up due to the noise even though I had shut the windows tight, do they care about the existing buyer who had moved in for few years?apparently not. Maybe they thought they are still operating in the middle of the desert and they can make whatever noise they want. Not just once or twice, you can see the whole road was dug up and guess what, most of it done during midnight! Maxim Residence and Maxim Majestic Residence future owner/tenant, i wish you all the best in advance for the NIGHTMARE which is about to befall.
