★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doing construction from 12am till 7am. Mesahill is right above the mall. Residents can hear the loud drilling. Such irresponsible operators/ management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful if u want to rent here especially unit that manage under management. Saya sudah terkena. When i move out they charge me the defect that are not my fault. They deduct my 2 months deposit to cover wall defects and cleanliness. So if u still want to rent here, make sure u get the house like u are buying a new house. Ask them to clean the house first not even have 'sawang n habuk' especially at ceiling fan. Ask them to rectify all the defect first especially the wall and make sure no scratches. If they don't want to do, snap all the pictures as evidence to make sure they don't simply charge u when u want to move out. Thanks.. Pls spread this to save people money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management was the worst, if you contact the person they will automatically block you. They dont have any direct communication and suddenly you had no choice but to cancel your bookings. Please be aware, it might be a scam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Badly designed. Small and narrow entry into the condominium complex. The security guards are constantly sleepy and acts too slow. There is no dedicated area to pick up or drop off passengers for taxis and ehailing services.
