★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accidentally bought an expired bottle of small pet shampoo. Back to the store and ask for an exchange, unfortunately all the stock displayed are expired as well. Since 2016. Ask for a refund but the staff refuse and i end up going back with an expired bottle of shampoo. Hu hu hu

Passionate doctors and helpful staff, but definitely needs more workers as the waiting period to see the doc is quite long.
Doctors also seems to be inexperienced as I did ask other vets and they had more options to aid the pets. Nonetheless the one in Mesra is capable enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best pet shop with affordable vet. Unfortunately there's no vet available currently so I have to give 3 stars. Based on my experience when vet available it's the best service with affordable vet.

1. no doctor ! no vet here.. even when they have, only accept appointments.
2. the bangla workers are rude, the Indonesian are sweet and okay..
3rd. the price are not even shown properly.
3rd. Price are relatively quite expensive compare to other pet shop. And not lots of options available in store.
4th. they couldn't even answer simple cat product.. teach your workers some info can u?
5. then you have to purchase minimum amount of rm30 for paywave...or else cannot wave..should i even report this nonsense to bank..hmmm...
6. wasting my time going around the store looking for stuff to buy.. other bank user like me? can't transfer and all.. end up walking out of store with nothing..
7. so bye.. there are sooo many pet shop in seksyen 7 shah alam.. you're not the only option anymore..
