Sape owner kedai nie ye.. mmg xmasuk lgi dah kedai nie.. suke hati nk halau customer tuk beli barang.. dia boleh cakap cepat sikit beli barang saya sibuk di belakang.. mmg xsupport dah lepas nie.. kalo boleh nak bgi negative je rate kedai nie
The kindest staff I've ever met .. !!! Sape owner of this store .. mmg xmasuk lgi already nie store .. i'm glad to let customers buy the goods .. he can talk very fast buy my busy goods behind .. mmg xsupport is gone then if i can go negative je rate shop here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I ask for a business card before, I did ask if on Sunday, they will open shop (business) and the ladies at the counter said they open daily. Lo behold, today is Sunday and you might have guessed it, it is closed. Either those ladies do not know their operating hour or just simply give me a quick answer because I ask for a business card. Anyway, just lost my vote for this shop. Note to self: should just Google the operating hour for a shop to reassure oneself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As what you can read the reviews from other customer before, i've experienced the same thing! I wonder, siapa owner petshop ni? Saya pasti staff kat petshop bukan orang malaysia. But that is not a problem. The problem is, the rating for customer service is negative ten (-10). For sure, saya tak akan pergi lagi petshop ni. Their staff is Annoying, unfriendly. The hamster that they are selling is kinda pricey too. Rm25 for a hamster?harga Pet Lovers Centre untuk syrian hamster lagi murah. Ada seekor kucing jalan2 dalam kedai tu, i was just say hi and pet the cat. But the annoying staff said from the back said 'jangan usik dia yah!' with rude voice tone. Gosh. Annoyed. This petshop can go far, if they expand their shop a lil bit, because the room is a little bit small, but that's not a major problem. Improve on your customer service first! Train or replace them with someone better !! Customer will walk away with happy vibe, and surely will come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the lady staff there was very very very rude (I am sure she is not a malaysian). I want to buy some pet supplies there and when I entered that shop, she said that she is busy doing work at the back. When I insisted to enter the shop, she started to make bloody rude & annoyed face. Not only that, when I made the payment at the cashier, again she showed her annoyed and rude af face & give the change rudely. Not to mention she also slammed the back door (maybe to show how annoyed she is towards me for disturbing her bloody work). I think they should just close this shop if This is how they treat customer who want to buy things from their shop. Or maybe don’t sell any pet supplies if the staff are busy with their work at the back & neglect customer who want to buy items from this shop. Next time if i see her face again & she acts rudely towards me, I will make a complain to her boss. Can’t tolerate with this kind of staff.
