★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I not recommend this specialist center as it's unprofessional. Here are my bad experiences with this center below :
1. Never ask me fasting before do blood test.
2. After blood test report has out, they informed me everything was normal by phone. When I collect the report from the center, i was shocked as the report shows my cholesterol level are High.
3. Uterus scan performed on my wife were inaccurate.
4. Medical bills are higher than usual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ complaint about one of their staff at metro Ivf regarding medication a chinese or malay lady staff said doctor will come at 3pm then i called at 3pm she said to call again at 5pm no apologies given that's quite unprofessional also feel uncomfortable stare going to this specialist clinic however there are good friendly staff too however there is no medication given in the clinic the doctor will give prescription to be bought at the pharmacy staff & doctor should make patients feel welcomed and be more caring with a smile instead of giving unfriendly stares which makes patient feel stressed and unwelcomed please improve in future thank you
to Metro IVF : thanks for your reply, Dr Pravin just for your feedback and improvement thank you note : i consulted Dr Choo sometimes he's not so friendly and some nurses are friendly some are not so friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are totally DIFFERENT from the advertised.
The consultation costs 550bucks within 15mins, we ended up spent more than expected.
Apart from the prices, the overall experience was pleasant and a few were complaints about the *hidden* prices when I was waiting yesterday .. I hope they can really look into these efficiently.
