We are so thankful to Dr William for guiding us step by step during our visits in clinic. We followed all his guidance and felt encourage during our TTC.
He always motivates, clear our doubts, friendly and sincere when we consulted with him. A real specialist and his methods are very clearly explained.
All of his nurses were very polite, helpful and understanding during our visits. They made our happiest day much better by sharing their joy on our positive pregnancy test genuinely.
Kensington's environment keep us peace and mindful during our every visit.
Not to forget their SOP during pandemic is on point.

The hospital clean and very comfortable when waiting.

Every time we came to the clinic, we were greeted warmly with smiles. The environment also clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this clinic to all. Thanks Dr William and his team; nurses and embryologist for helping us become expectant parents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really happy to give review. The doctor and nurse are really humble and helpful. Dr william is a best doctor, he will guide according to our problem. Never simply ask to do IUI, IVF and etc if we are capable to conceive only with medication. The fees for every consultation also reasonable. So, I will 200% recommended to this center and I give 200/200 for the nurses also. Believe me you also will get good news like me soon.

Been searching IVF center actively and after made comparison, we finally decided to continue our TTC journey at KG after positive feedback from Facebook group user and also after our first consultation with Dr William. Dr William gives detailed explanation and he is very soft spoken person. His attitude and calm somehow made our journey at ease and we confident in his decision and recommendation as we know we in a good hands. Our IVF is successful at first transfer.
