β β β β β Pls lookinto the services..forman need to check the bikes sent ..not just the problem but also like routine checks..chain not titened..valve cleaΕence not done but when asked they said all done but i had a very noisy valve sound when i ride..just after collected the bike..very disapointed..

β β β β β Service center more interested in processing & closing a repair case ASAP instead of listening to what customers has to say about the bike & making sure that problem(s) has been fixed to customer's satisfaction. Where else can a customer go if manufacturer own's in house service center itself is giving a lousy service. Charging premium price for "pomen bawah pokok" level of service.

Definition routine service from them: change engine oil and oil filter. Thatβs it!
They donβt follow what manual book says on what to check,tighten etc as per mileage. Zero!

β β β β β No eye contact system...you need to approaching them.Still no eye contact..Asking with hi note(not shouting) that you want to buy spare parts.STILL no eye contact but will reply "WAIT AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA..."
I gave 3 stars cause luckily I got my ordered parts..
