★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selesai beli Mi 10T Pro guna Lalamove. Transfer online je tak boleh rentas daerah. Sales assistant, Samad sangat membantu. Mula-mula dia offer nak hantar phone by himself, tapi agak risau. Then dia offer hantar using Lalamove, and saya setuju. Lagipun kalau dia hantar phone sampai lambat sebab pukul 8 malam baru dia habis kerja. Gambar motor, driver, no plat driver Lalamove semua dia hantar whatsapp as proof. Items safely arrived. Good job.
 Finished buying Mi 10T Pro using Lalamove. Online transfer is not allowed across the region. Sales assistant, Samad is very helpful. At first he offered to send the phone by himself, but a little worried. Then he offered to send using Lalamove, and I agreed. After all, if he sends a phone until late because at 8 pm he will just finish work. Pictures of motorbikes, drivers, driver license plates Lalamove all he sent whatsapp as proof. Items safely arrived. Good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The promoter was good. He recommended redmi note 9 pro when i went there yesterday to buy poco x3 64gb which is sold out for my sister. So that i won't waste my time to go to the shop ended up buying nothing. And all the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Compared to i city mall ?♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Xiaomi is a good brand. I'm using their power bank and wrist band. But if you are thinking to go to a physical store - DON'T EVER GO TO THE ONE IN SUBANG PARADE. Better go to other Mi Stores like NU Sentral. The owner/sales guy at Subang Parade will try to cheat you as he tried on us.
On 29th September, my brother and I went to the store to get a new phone. The experience was really disappointing.
First of all we wanted to get red Mi Note 7. But after looking at other phones, we decided to purchase Mi A3
Prior to purchasing the phone, we asked the sales man (he looks like the owner of the store, we are not sure though) if there’s any free gift with this purchase. He said the price is already cheap and there’s no free gift with any of their products. This was very different from what I heard from my friend. Recently my friend bought a similar phone and she was given a free gift. But that was from NU Sentral branch. The sales guy said different stores do different promotions. He said he doesn’t have such free stuff. Anyway, it wasn't a big deal and we decided to go on with the purchase.
After paying for the phone, I decided to do some shopping at the mall while my brother and the sales guy set up the new phone. On the way back to the mi store, I saw a signboard placed just outside of the store saying there’s a free gift of mi power bank with purchase of Mi A3.
I asked the sales guy again about this. At first he refused to acknowledge that. I showed him the picture I took from my phone and he acted surprised and gave us some cheap powerbank instead. It was really annoying. This guy was lying in our face from the moment we stepped in the store. Honestly, if i had not paid for the phone, I would have walked out of that store.
