The customer service supervisor Nurul Aini ID MIC0848 and agent Muhammad Alif MIC0772 are not very helpful about the claim reimbursement take more than a 3 month too many excuses and they never bother about it. One of the person so call head of the call center MR RAM dont have the answer about the situation. All of them from MiCare are useless! Delaying on payment of our right! Never use this this service! Email? They never will never reply! Dont bother to email u will only got the automated reply. DONT USE MICARE SERVICE!

β β β β β This company shdnt get any star at all. U have to pay n claim at any panel clinic or hospital. Dah tu, Claim process took too long. 14 working days!!!! Ridiculous process. If somenone is in urgent use of money ??? Pls change ur system la aiyooo. GL issuance also problem. Menyusahkan!!!!!!!

β β β β β Submit claim for follow up. Declined for lack of documents. Asked CS, where can check the guidelines for claim submission, they cannot even answer. So now I need to try and error la? To check upon one submission already take 2 to 3 weeks. Resubmit another 2 to 3 weeks. Very inefficient company

β β β β β Rude and unhelpful customer service, ended my call just like that after request for patientβs detail.
I have contacted your customer service again today. Put on hold for 10minutes and the call was ended just like. Wasting my time. There were few outpatient claims submitted since Dec2021. None of your customer service representative are helpful.

β β β β β I dont know why companies love to use this company as their insurance handler. In my 11yrs of working within 3 companies all using this comp service n all have issues. Recently made a claim n approved n received a confirmation that i will get the reimbursement within 2 -3 working days on 4th Feb. Now its already 14th i still have not received the payment. Email to call centre doesn't help at all. Call? Tired la have to wait almost 10 mins to speak to someone and then have to explain everything again n again

β β β β β Wouldnβt even dare to give 0 star as your customer service sucks! Had to wait for almost a day just to issue a GL! What nonsense is this? Initially under PMcare everything was just fine, quick and smooth. If you canβt provide proper service, better close down your business for Godβs sake instead of putting peopleβs life at stake.

β β β β β Called the customer service around 8.30pm and got my call attended within 3 phone rings. The representative was very polite, patient and soft-spoken while attending my inquiry. Not too sure about the user experience yet as I've yet to be able to access the portal and this is quite a disappointing part as my company has been taking a very long time to enable my access to MiCare since I've joined the company for two months plus. Hope the arrangements can be done prior to the new hire join onboard or at least to get it done within a month time.

β β β β β This is my 1st time ever giving 1 Star of else zero in Google review. as the service super slow. The outpatient claim it tooks me more than 2 months to approved because stupid rejection made by the officer.Even after approved also the payment hasn't release yet up more than 2 weeks. If you visit doctor with covid test and the bill in one billing they going to reject. If the rejection within SLA 3days or 1 weeks is acceptable but the rejection after a month plus then need to resubmit.very hassle and very bad service ever. I don't know why in the 1st place my company use this mi care. I prefer my own HR process the claim much way better than this 3rd party company. This company seems don't have dateline on the processing.
