★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst insurance protection company in Malaysia. It seems like everythjng is an exclusion. My son check up on his heart also can't claim. Phone line always engaged. Would not recommend any company to get this. Staff are rude and not helpful as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most Lousy service. No notification to applicant when claim is rejected. No platform for appeal as well. When trying to call the helping, no one is picking up calls. Not responding to email too. I will not even rate a star if I have the choice to not rate any star at all.

The only way is to complain to Bank Negara ombudsman.

P/s-can improve to be wheelchair friendly as my mother was on wheelchair and had difficulty accessing your office.
