★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away! To be fair, the styling is satisfactory but attitude needs improvement. I went for a hair wash and the girl used her fingernails to wash my scalp. I told her not to do that. When I casually brought it up to the hairstylist, she said sometimes customers request for that. As a professional, professional hair washers should know better, and they could have asked first as it common knowledge that one shouldn’t use fingernails on scalp. AND, the hairstylist also asked me if I had coloured my hair on my own as she said the root colour was very unsightly. She actually said it made me look like “cacat” (retarded). Not only was that remark offensive, it was clear she does not respect other hairstylists. I had my hair done at a shop in JB just before CNY. I have more respect for the young hairstylist in JB who did my hair than this senior hairstylist. It’s ok to speak truthfully but to imply the young hairstylist’s skill is no better than a DIY is just plain snobbish!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm really upset and angry for what the hairstylist did to my hair.
I have mentioned it specifically i wanna keep my hair long, just need trims on the side and a 'sloop' at the back.
Seems like she just assuming what i want and cut my hair as she wish.
Coz she 'THOUGHT' that i wanted the Korean hairstyle. Excuse me, not everyone is into korean style.
And which part of 'Keeping my hair long" makes her shave both sides of my hair and cut all parts short?
She tries to blame it on me saying that i 'chose' that style..
1st of all, im not working in hair industry, therefore i don't understand some of the words like 'overlap' coz it sounds undercut to me.
Besides, i have made my request clear:
- keep it long
- slop at the back
- trim on the sides.
I guess that i very easy to understand.
Yet she keep assuming what i like.
Listen, some job requires specific hairstyle. Like my job. Cabin Crew.
But now i look like a 30 years old high school student!!!!
I know that hair will grow back, but that hairstylist look too old to make this kind of stupid mistake.
At her age, she should have already be a pro..
I didn't get her name, but she says she is Kelly's sister.
I had experience with Kelly once, it was heaven!! She made me come back to this salon hoping i get the same experience. Alongside the shampoo girl, i guess she's indian. She gave really good head and shoulders massage.
Im not a person who always giving tip money. But Kelly and the shampoo girl really deserve it.
Unlike the shampoo girl i had today, i guess she's Chinese.. not skinny too. And her nails have cut my neck. Maybe she should cut her nails. Now it stings in my neck from the cut.
Plus her head and shoulders massage is nothing compare to the Indian lady i experienced.
My suggestion. Pls keep Kelly and that Indian shampoo girl, and send the fat shampoo girl and Kelly sister somewhere else.
I was thinking to refuse to pay and make a scene. But its unfair for Kelly's hardwork there too. Therefore i paid full price and leave angry!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had a bad experience here.when i called for appointment for my kid they told to walk in but when i went there , since my kid was taking time to get adjusted, the stylist was so rude and just told us she is very busy and she told us better cut with the usual barber.. if u cant allocate time for customers then don tell people to walk in. i wasted my time coming all the way there. and i was really shocked at the suggestion given to go back to usual barber. i don think you should be saying that , & if usual barber available why would we even be finding another one in the first place?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ask for long wavy perm hair style quoted at RM 350. Says my hair too long (waist length) to do perm and offered to cut till breast for perm. The price remain RM350. The curl not even curl the next days. cut my fringe says it is airy bangs but I don see the airy there. My fringe look like primary school kids now. Haih feel money wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Callie did an AMAZING job!!! I cannot recommend her enough! I had just received a bad haircut from a different stylist a few months prior and was in desperate need of fixing it. I told her roughly what I wanted, and said I'd leave the rest in her capable hands. She was sooo patient in explaining to me what went wrong with the old haircut, what kind of layers suited my hair type, how to embrace my natural waves and overall making me feel comfortable and relaxed. I 100% trust her with my hair and I'm over the moon with the end result!! You can tell she's not just experienced, but wants what is best for you, so please always ask her for suggestions! =)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go for Callie! Callie is a professional harstylist of so many decades, and have styled so many iconic celebrities ever since the 80s! I feel extremely honoured to trust her with my hair ever since sooo many years ago.
Michael & Guys is definitely better than other new high-end salons. Trust me, other salons always end up with disappointment cause they totally lack the profession & experience.
Friendly, fun & super caring staff. Always going beyond to provide the best service!
