★ ★ ★ ★ ★ did keratin treatment with Eva for my New Year treats - love her & the service ;) Eva so good at makin me feels comfortable, she pays attention to details, she's quite meticulous. The salon passed closing time and she still working on my hair wonderfully - without rushin anythin, i have alot of hair - she could break her arm, but still smilin, makin me think she loves her job sincerely. found my go to salon now
p/s : any treatment would be expensive subjected to your hair condition - overall, my price considered good bargain. rm700 for keratin treatment & free huge bottle shampoo conditioner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So..so.. hairstylist experience and comms need to improved. Many issue I had with the stylist. I called to make appointment with my previous stylist and they said okay to come over, once I reached the front desk informed the stylist already resigned and offered different stylist instead ? since I'm already there...I didn't think much, when my wife asked to use warm water to wash hair the employee couldn't do it because his hand cannot take hot water...for $$$ paid not sure why I came over to have my hair cut here, bit clueless how this operate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm happy with this place. They did not ask me to write a review but I'm writing anyway. The stylist (Loo) did exactly what I asked for which I am very happy, but what I like even more is that they did not try to get me to do anything I didn't ask for like extra treatment, colour or what not.. I appreciate it a lot. Most of the hair saloon will always try to get you to do something extra, I'm sure for good reasons but we all know what we come for and had I wanted to colour or treat I would have asked for that. So thank you and I will be coming again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the best haircut I’ve ever had with (LOO). He is an absolute professional and takes care of your hair 100%. (LOO) give the best advice every time and color correction was totally amazing .The price is reasonable and I have always been satisfied with the service. Highly recommended saloon. Definitely going back!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh lord. I came here to get a haircut plus color. I did ask for dark brown and the stylist ask me if have dye my hair black before and I said yes about 3 months ago. So after bleach process my roots turns out to be lighter than the rest of my hair, and he proceed to the haircut without even trying to fix my roots! My hair looks like it got 50 shade of brown! So ugly.
