There is absolutely 0 % customer service.
Hair was just chopped off in less than 5 minutes without any effort of styling it.
The cut was comparable to a utilising a blunt knife to chop off my hair.
It was charged as 'Creative Stylists' price to boot.
Too bad negative stars can't be given.
