โ โ โ โ โ Really a worst experience ever.. staffs are not friendly especially staff named ms.vivian talking and serving customer very rudely. Prices are not reasonable. One of the worst salon in town.

โ โ โ โ โ This has become my fav hair salon. They have seperate curtain area for muslimah & you can request for the malay worker to cut for muslimah customer. They have a loyalty coupon where if u come after 5x u get a free haircut. After 10x u get wash + haircut for free.. ??

โ โ โ โ โ WORST THREADING EXPERIENCE EVER. I usually do threading at any other salon they do it fast & less pain but had to try here as its still MCO. The girl OBVIOUSLY made a MISTAKE. She said will only clean up a bit I guess she did too much and had to make my eyebrow so nipis. and uneven at the bottom part coz she thread wrongly, she REFUSE to admit and I had to pluck myself. I understand hard to balance the shape left & right, but both side looks so different it's like half my face i'm someone else. And what made it worse, she keep blaming my eyebrow mmg nipis padahal she remove almost half already and never admit she made a mistake. See photo for yourself the end part of eyebrow lagi horror satu straight nipis satu senget tebal baik aku trim sendiri je not worth my money. 1 star for the nice sales girl at the counter.

โ โ โ โ โ I had my hair cut and wash there. The chinese lady staff got long and sharp nails made me nervous if it is going to scratch my head skin. Not comfortable at all.

โ โ โ โ โ I really love their staff and the service. They did it so well for my hair. They got the right colour and hairstyle as I mentioned. A great job to fatin for handling my hair because I have such stubborn hair and also to jenny for the friendly and quick replies for answering my questions heheh!

โ โ โ โ โ I have been to so many saloon. This is the worst saloon ever. She cut my hair so fast. Like chop here chop there then settle. even my bangs are too short and so little and said that i look better that way. not to mention the price is pricey. They did mentioned first that the price is rm35 for a haircut, but i was fine with it bcs i expected it to be spectacular. So disappointed
