★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang sini bawa anak2 umur 6, 8, 11 & 15. Anak umur 6&8 just potong sedikit sahaja n caj RM35/person. Anak umur 11 & 15 potong n cuci tapi dua2 caj harga dewasa. Its ok yg umur 15 caj dewasa tapi yang umur 11 pun still caj dewasa. Bila argue, pekerja maklum bos yg letak harga. Bos dah lari ke belakang masa nak bayar. Not recommended!!! Sgt2 mahal!
 Come here and bring children ages 6, 8, 11 & 15. Children ages 6 & 8 just cut a little and charge RM35/person. Children ages 11 & 15 cut n wash but two2 adult price charges. Its ok that age 15 charges adults but age 11 still charges adults. When arguing, employees know the boss who set the price. The boss ran back in time to pay. Not recommended !!! Sgt2 dear!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls do not bring kids here... I don't know she is the owner or not, yelling at kids.. For me too rude.. You should print not only not allowed man but also kids...
The charge also expensive, not recommended and not come here again..
Very bad customer service?

unlike other salons and spas, the staff did not try to force you to buy what are available there
i can see that they are tired and exhausted but they still take care of your hair professionally :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even the owner cannot deal with my sister's and I complicated hair. I didn't want to wash my hair, just cut. But then they bising2. Suggested things that were not necessary. We're unsatisified with the overall experience and outcome. Plus it's expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife ask for a different hair cut style, they directly grab my hair and just cut without asking rambut nak panjang mana or etc. My wife dah tunjuk gambar but the workers just glance the picture and cut with their own preferences. My wife so disappointed but still they did not admit their fault and just said that it still looks pretty but facts looking like a boy. They said that “the cut still okay, still looks handsome” but the thing is my wife wanted for a different haircut they why does the workers need to say it like that and I still need to pay the full payment. Jangan keje asal bolehh jeee..
Please be responsible to your own mistakes and hired a professional not a person who cut with their own way, we paid for it.
