★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yeah we got Microsoft store in Malaysia.However, when will Xbox launch officially in Malaysia? Xbox , Xbox 360 , Xbox one and than what about next gen this year.Xbox series x Chip are made in Malaysia right supposed it will be here officially hopefully.Hope for Microsoft to take action for this issue even software piracy are the major thing here.Sincerly hardcore fan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no Microsoft service center in Kuala Lumpur, or even in Malaysia. If you buy any Microsoft hardware, you are basically on your own. Their local service partner can only do 1 for 1 exchanges (basically charging you lower price for the same product). I have got a out of warranty Surface 4 with classic, known issues : flickering display; burnt in shadow images, and the noisy fan (did I score 3 strikes in a row?). There are no parts fix, except for me to pay prosperity price RM1,888 to get a new unit in exchange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first when I bought a Microsoft Surface Pro X in May 2021, and discovered of late that the device is faulty, along with the cover, due to limited use, since ARM-based operating system cannot be installed for a number of software, even with Windows 11. To return and receive a replacement can be rather challenging, as well, besides the process being slow and time consuming. Both the device and typecover have to be in separate boxes (I have only big boxes!) and you need to print out the 3-page document for delivery yourself (from the shop if you don't have a printer), notwithstanding the pick-up to be sent to Penang from Subang Jaya. For the replacement, you get only three months warranty and you cannot extend, even if you pay for the extension. I reckon Microsoft needs to consider the consumer predicament, and hopefully, improve its services support. As a retiree who owns the device, I must say it is quite an eventful experience to overcome.
