Muka masam, tak friendly langsung, bila minta nak assist on anything, terus muka macam tak puas hati.
Pls do something abt your staff, dengan service skali.
Muka cantik cantik tapi cer senyum sikit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. I'm wearing glasses for more than 10 years.. My first time with milan and costs me almost 1k but can't even wear my glasses. They can't even do anything about it and the way they treat their customer is frustrating.. Won't come here again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Milan is the cheapest optical shop in kota bharu. The high end glass is very cheap compare others. But frame choices are so-so and low quality. You can buy good frame from online or other shop and install glass here. ??.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been with Milan since I was in highschool. Now I'm a working adult and I must say i will still be with Milan? why? I love how you can set your own budget for the spectacle. It is very cheap with promotion and you can choose which lens you want to suit your budget. Sometimes it will not even exceed RM100. Such a deal for underprivileged people that need spectacles. Not to mention the staff is very friendly and willing to help you too. The choices for the frames are myriad too.
