★ ★ ★ ★ ★ memang salesgirl vision x berlagak. tengok orang pakai biasa² macam orang ni takde duit. kalau suruh check mata, kalau orang tanya nak jawab tu pun payah, macam mana la boleh kerja kedai cermin mata sedangkan takde kelulusan dan kefahaman tentang mata. tp ada sorang salegirl situ yg baik. i lupa nama dia. she's beauty inside n out?
indeed salesgirl vision x pretends. see people wear normal ² like this person has no money. if you ask him to check the eyes, if people ask if he wants to answer, it is difficult, how can he work in an eyeglass shop when he does not have approval and understanding about the eyes. But there is a good salegirl there. I forgot her name. she's beauty inside n out?

Bila cakap nak check mata and buat spec, mereka cakap ada orang solat (tak ada pun minta tunggu sebentar), yg sorang lagi sibuk main phone. Kalau nak solat serentak dan tak nak layan customer, better tutup dulu sekejap. So, tak perlu customer scan or check suhu bagai.
Oct 9, 2021, came in to make a spec, but all the salesgirls were confused. When they said they wanted to check their eyes and make a spec, they said there were people praying (no one even asked to wait for a while), who was busy playing the phone. If you want to pray at the same time and don't want to serve customers, it's better to close for a while. So, there is no need for customers to scan or check the temperature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service ever. When the salesgirl made a mistake but blaming it on customer instead. I choose another spec but u give me another one when i went to pick it up. Of course i remember the spec that i want. Then, boleh plk dia tnya “awk ad ambik gmbar tak spec awk pilih hritu”. Wow sis wow. Im ok with the wrong spec because i taknak gaduh tapi u should at least apologise. Seriously, I mean it. Manner is so important when dealing with customers. This is my last time going to your store.
