★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worse security ever, my new car got dented less than a day of having it..high maintenance for what ??? if there is no insurance, THE RESIDENT CARPARK IS NOT SAFE and the security only sits around and do nothing to make sure the residence property are in good condition, they only provide CC tv at the public carpark not the resident parking space what a funny decision coming from management, the manager in charge is so rude, half way talking she hung up...come on la, I pay for the house not rented, is this the way THE MANAGEMENT treat the residence in this place...WHEN COME TO payment so fast being a pest, but when this thing happen, waw no responsibility at all and no action coming from management..so renters out there it is not worth your money..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude management, due to the arrogant secretary or manager. Security can be really irritating, understand that security is important , but you need to be considerate for the residents and find a better way to manage. can get very noisy during football match days due to the Piccadilly restaurant below.
Management office staff is lousy.
Houses are over priced due to the number of IT professionals staying here working for a nearby banking firm.

The security are very complicated and not easy going, and their management is horrible, the worst condo management ever you will deal with, not professional and rude, especially their condo manager the Chinese lady, she is very rude and not professional and arrogant person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security here have terrible manners. They don't speak well and convey their messages in an unpleasing manner to the residents here. The management seem to make up their own rules as they see fit. Tedious process of bringing visitors to your own home. Overall a bad experience, wouldn't recommend anyone to move in here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst condo I ever lived. There is a house agent called MD Nazmul who always eats people head for paying house rents much earlier then the estimated date. When anyone decide to leave the house and ask for deposit money then he threatens them with abusive language and says he will beat you badly when he sees you as if Malaysia there is no law and order. And even if you complain about him to the building management then no actions are taken against him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap and best units available. But no balcony. Good thing is it got badminton Court which many people prefer. Got nice restaurants in the basement. Close to Asia jaya lrt. Nice place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security here is very strict. Came to view a unit to be rented and had to submit my vaccination certificate beforehand. Appreciate that management takes security seriously.
Common facilities like swimming pool and badminton courts appear well maintained.
