Parking lot is big but very sharp turns, tight ramps and lots of blind spots. Does not feel safe in the parking lot or lifts leading to the units. Units are quite densely packed together. Lack of privacy as your neighbors can look into your unit and many windows are facing your neighbor opposite directly. Few lifts for so many units on each floor. Car park is separately linked to residence tower. Units are small and sockets are all over the place without mindful planning. Do not expect to have proper kitchens in the unit. Storage space for clothes is near to none. Facilities are good to look at but not sure whether they can be well-maintained. Entrance is easy to miss as it's right next to The School Jaya One entrance. Jam on Jalan Universiti is inevitable as more residents move in.

As a visitor, I felt hard to find the lobby and trap in the staircases for more than 15 minutes, please add the signboard to guide the visitor know where to enter the lobby, please improve

I have just visited a unit there for a renovation check and unit inspection. I would say for the price my client has paid for this new property, quality I’ll only give 3 stars out of 5. Too many hollow tiles in both the bathrooms and floor, wall skimming is not on par with other big developers. You can also see lots of wave on the ceiling slab as well. *Add-on after checking another 2 more units last week β€” still the same, quite handful of hollow tiles at both the bathrooms and some at hall. Owner has to check carefully as these hollow tiles won’t warp or pop up till a few years later. So better solve them now than later. Parking is actually not in the same building. A bit of walking is required and good for daily exercise as long as you are not carrying groceries. The bridge that connects from parking tower to main building has a slight slope, not sure what’s the reason it is build in such pitching as if one on wheelchair, I wondered will this pitch affect the oku. Location wise, it’s in the heart of Pj. I’m also an investors, if it’s for investment, I would buy some place else as this price is way too expensive and roi won’t be high either. For own stay, space is too small for 3 bedrooms. I rather go for 2 bedrooms with more useable space instead of having 3 bedrooms where 2 bedrooms are rather small in size. Bathrooms are very tight and small either, difficult to fit in shower screen as developer only given partial sized glass.

It’s a place in the heart of PJ. It’s convenient for food, groceries, hardware and beside has good coffee places. The facilities are good and even a hot onsen is available. You can go to any shopping malls within 15 -20 mins. Some units have good view of KL too

Nice place but terribly managed..car park is always so dusty and dirty. No strict checking on contractors using residents lift until we lodge a complaint. Almost every level of doors will have alarm triggering due to low quality door arms used. Doors cant be closed properly. The door arm at level 8 were broken and is not fix immediately..anyone can go in without a security pass.cars park at OKU lots without sticker they don't take action.really no respect to OKU..nuisance.During day time car park lights are not on..they want to save electricity bill.very DARK.No SAFETY for ladies. some residents keeping dogs inside the unit... Residents can see all this how come the management don't ?the person incharge or manage this property should be Fire.what a shame.

Lot of unit under renovation and even the weekend, please don’t move in this condo if you’re looking for a quiet place. The parking is not user friendly and the common area are dirty and dusty. Don’t waste your money renting a place in this condo.
