★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smooth transaction with Mr.Navin but bad experience with Public Bank Maluri,wrong loan figures on initial approval and had to resubmit the loan again,no appologies from Public Bank,treat us like we are begging for their money, and worst treatment by the old chinese officer at the counter,making us pay the insurance through Mr.Navin,although we can do it over the counter on the same day.Anyone who wanna buy car from Mr.Navin ,ask him not to choose Public Bank Maluri,otherwise will face the same treatment as we got.
