★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ming Castle pork buns is very good. The chef is from Hong Kong. Most of the buns is a Cantonese made style and is more likely to Cantonese flavour. The big pork buns is great. The place is big and air conditioning. All the workers are polite and mostly are pretty girls. They have bean and peanut buns. Also vegetables buns. You can try to have chrysanthemum and Chinese tea. Also have coffee. The pork dumplings is the best. The seafood dumplings is a must try. The buns are all steamed and very hot and tasty. The chasiew pork buns will make us visits them again. Glutinous chicken rice is fine and more than okay. Toilet is clean. Wet napkins is provided. Pay bills after we are satisfied and full. Parking cars on Friday is free. It is located in the town centre of Batu Pahat. Johor. Most of the customers are not local. Please contact Ming Castle for observations. They receive calls for takeaway and booking of the table. They have hidden cameras. Thanks! Please keep the changes, bye bye! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beats all dimsum places in Singapore and other parts of Malaysia by a long mile. Taste is mild and fragrant, definitely not the typical artificial and salty dimsum routine in much of South East Asia. Try their very mild wanton noodles, pork ribs in black bean sauce and various paus.
