★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certificate of Good Conduct can be collected here. Plenty of parking outside the building. Registration with IC/Passport is needed before entering the premises. Ticketing counter at the lobby is distributing que number. Staff at the counter and registration were friendly.

Please make sure you wear appropriate attires.
The place to do Attestation is just opposite the public parking.
Best to bring cash from home but they do have 1 ATM machine here.
I have attached the Consular Fees for reference. Hope this is helpful for people who were as clueless as me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to find on Waze. Adequate parking for public vehicles across the road. WP2 entrance takes you to Consular Division. If you’re using an iPhone the check in, MySejahtera will show invalid code. You need to use the camera on iPhone to scan a second QR code available on the poster outside the guardhouse. Then manually fill in your details to gain access. The staff at the guardhouse were very helpful though a bit harassed by the number of visitors. Give them a smile, be polite and thank them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for attestation of some certificates..overall, good service rendered, swift action, firm but courteous. Theres no need to make appointment, just make sure all required documents are ready..im fairly happy that the staffs here know what their duties are and despatched them properly..that should be the face of any public service..thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to find, ample parking spaces. You have to go to the guardhouse, scan the QR code with a QR code app, fill in the details such as name, IC number etc and then show it to the man at the desk. You have to pass him your IC as well, to get it back later when you come out of the office. You will be given a visitors pass too. Walk up the slope to the left of the guardhouse and when you enter the building, go left and there will be a sign for Consular. Take your number at the window and wait inside the waiting area for your number to be called. All in all, the wait only took 5 minutes. The whole process was very quick and efficient. Excellent service ??

For Malaysian, please bring IC (to exchange visitor pass at guardhouse), original certificate and transcript, and certified true copy certificate and transcript with MOHE endorsement (for stamp and sign).
It costs Rm10 per page.
