★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelanggan sangat ramai. Anak-anak kecil rimas, berjam-jam tunggu urusan kaunter selesai. Orang tua sakit kaki berdiri, tak ada kaunter khas warga emas, kerusi pula dipenuhi boleh orang muda. Ramai pegawai beruniform bergurau senda, Dan bermain telefon dengan sangat lama di hadapan kami. Sedang kan banyak kaunter kosong, dan kerusi yang tersedia sangat sedikit. Pernahkah kalian berfikir, apakah perasaan kami yang melihat aksi para pegawai, dalam keadaan kami menunggu begitu lama. Silakan perbaharui sistem pengurusan pelanggan, masing-masing mahu memudahkan urusan masing-masing.
 Client is very busy. Small children, hours wait for the counter ends. The old man is standing legless, there is no special characteristic of the elderly, the chair is filled with young people. Many uniformed officers jest, and play the phone very long before us. There are countless empty counters, and the chairs are very few. Have you ever wondered, how do we feel about the actions of our officials, in our waiting situation for so long. Please update the customer management system, each one wants to simplify their affairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ****Experience journey setelah kehilangan passport ******
Dear Malaysian, Kalau boleh, jangan datang sendiri. For passport yang hilang, kamu akan disuruh untuk isi Borang-Borang untuk siasatan. Borang tertentu ada satu ruangan perlu pergi sebelah blok untuk minta suruhanjaya cop sumpah ( charge RM4) .. Hati-hati pergi sana, kerana ada satu kaunter yang tidak rasmi akan "TOLONG" kamu isi borang atau ambil borang kamu dengan alasan tolong kamu isi.. My experience ialah saya sudah isi borang, tapi borang diambil oleh pemuda Indian, katanya mau bawa saya pergi cop sumpah. Tapi dia pretend tulis tulis, charge saya RM20.. YANG LAIN ORANG TUA DIA CHARGE RM40.... Saya hanya mendapati ditipu setelah pergi kaunter surahanjaya cop yang rasmi. Berhati hati supaya jangan menjadi mangsa.
5 hari working day untuk ambil passport baru.. Setelah bayar RM400 (for first time kehilangan passport)
-tunggu satu jam untuk ambil( luckily imigressen staff - staff di sana sangat helpful dan baik hati buat passport, tak sampai satu jam sudah boleh ambil, yang saya tak faham, kenapa masih perlu bayar RM5 untuk passport cover, adakah itu compulsory?

Dear Malaysian, If you can, do not come alone. For lost passports, you will be asked to fill out the Forms for investigation. Be careful to go there, because there is an unofficial counter will "FOLLOW" fill out the form or take your form with the reason for your content. OTHER PEOPLE DIA CHARGE RM40 .... I just found it cheated after going to the official cop surgeon counter. Be careful not to become victims.
5 working days to get a new passport .. After paying RM400 (for first time lost passport)
- wait an hour to take (luckily immigressen staff - there is a very helpful and kind person for passport, not one hour can take, which I do not understand, why still need to pay RM5 for passport cover, is it compulsory?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ untuk apa ramai2 staff kat dalam ? tapi semua urusan online lagi ? untuk apa dibayar gaji pada staff kalau dah semua nya online??.kalau kerajaan betul2 nak buat on line semua ! keluar kan mesin ! sebagai penganti staff2 yang ada! nie ada staff pun nak buat online lagi ! bagunan besar2 rela punya banyak ? cuma staff je yg boleh park dalam ? oi bayar mesin lagi baik dari bayar orang kalau semua dah on line lah !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry... don’t deserve any star actually. The RELA ( the one in the photo) controling people to go in is very very very rude and don’t know how to talk nicely. Keep shouting. It is so embrassing as Malaysia citizen. Not only that, make old people to queue in the hot and rainy day. Please please however instruct this system to enter the building do it better for the people.
