As I was new to the eCommerce website Miss Yano helped me understand what are the key features that make an eCommerce website user-friendly. She has a lot of references and support articles that we can refer to. There were times where I wished there was a bit for more communication to sync our ideas but I guess overall the result was acceptable.

TBH, this is a very urgent project which the whole website revamp need to be done within 1 week time, but yes! Miss Yano able to make it and me and my team are very satisfied with it.
For me I think other than proficiency, I also like the working style of Miss Yano, as she always gives me new ideas which I never think of it before. Even if we asked her to change on minor minor things also she's patient enough to layan us :p The overall experiences are great and the outcome is excellent too!
