I am left with healthy curled and lifted lashes compared to lash perming at other places I did where it made my eyelashes fall and became botak☹.The owner is very gentle and polite, and the place is warm and cozy, I literally fell asleep during the treatment. I am definitely a returning customer!?

My first contact with Felicia is in early Jan 2022. For 3 months, I did not place my order, but Felica still servicing me with her excellent customer service. She also managed to source a reliable and speedy and value for money courier service so that I can be sure the parcel can reach me with no delay. Payment is also easy through instant bank transfer (via Msia Maybank account - a fren helped me).. I will definitely continue to use Felicia services. I saved alot due to the currency exchange differences!! She also gave me some samples to try..
