★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad technician I ever seen. First time came and claimed that my electric board spoiled need RM5XX to replace it. After replace my below fridge part still not cold enough, end up asked him come over and check about it. However seems like he realize it is the ice blocked the path to below component and use hair dryer to melt the ice. Therefore my main problem which was below part not cold enough is it because of the electric board or not? Nobody can confirm, because after the first time he visit and change the electric board was not fix the issue at all. So I doubt RM5XX electric board replacement is a scam, the main issue is just because of the ice blocking the path. After 1 month, this issue happen again, I decide not to call him come over and just dissemble the top part myself, end up there is a BIG ice blocking in the freezer which he didn't bother to melt it last time.
